Designed and managed by automotive specialists, the 2,000sqm ALS warehouse in Kumrah continues to enhance efficiency for Almajdouie Motors with its spare parts storage and distribution services. Since going live in early 2023, the state-of-the-art facility has established a reputation for high levels of throughput and significant cost savings.

The warehouse utilizes an advanced global WMS and offers a range of services, including inbound reception, storage, inventory control, and outbound orders. Strict KPIs are in place to ensure full visibility, highlighted via monthly operational performance meetings.

As ALS maintains a Saudization level of almost 60% across its operations, the new facility boasts a strong local presence, supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 employment goals.
