The Three-Year Culture of Accountability agreement, spearheaded by Lead Consultant Mr. Ricardo P. Lillo, aims to gauge, fortify, and align MLCs culture with its vision and strategies. By assessing existing key strength areas and opportunities for further improvement, this program serves as a compass for enhancing engagement, productivity, and aligning values with behaviors that drive success.
